Can I do anything to fix this volume problem, cause its not on tv anymore and I can't find it anywheres.

Your problem isn't the TV but the tape itself. The fact you taped something with low volume doesn't matter. I should know 'cause my mother had the same problem. My best advice is to have the videocassette dubbed. This means making a copy with a brand new tape. Also clean the VCR head. It might help if the inside of the VCR is clean just to be on the safe side. Glad to help.

Sorry, but the problem isn't likely that you had the volume turned down when you taped it, unless somehow you taped the video and audio signal comming out of the TV and I don't think that is possible. Try cleaning the audio heads on the VCR, or a different VCR. If the audio track is shot, and it is on a different set of tracks than the video signal, your stuck. What you are hearing is a little bit of audio mixed in with a lot of noise. When you turn up the volume, you also turn up the noise.
