I have TiVo. I was wondering if you could put a recorded show in your library onto a DVD? If there is a way to do that can you explain a simple explanation on how to do it or where i can find out how to? Thanks so much and Happy Holidays!

I was thinking about getting Tivo. Is it worth the money or should I just rent a DVR box from my cable company. I didn't know that there was a monthly or yearly fee that you had to get along with the box. I don't know which would be better. I'm not interested in shelling out more money a month, I already pay enough for cable. I think I can get a DVR box from my cable company for $10.00/month. Which one should I get. Anyone who has Tivo, let me know how you like it. Thanks

I have Dual Tuner DVR and recently someone stole my dish for some reason. I got a dish from someone, but I'm having to install it myself. Everything is the same, but I need to install the dish. I did everything and adjusted everything according to the manual. All I need to do is to know how to connect the cable wire. I have Dishnetwork 500 with DishPlus LNB. There are two connections for 119 and one connection for 110. What do I need to do? I connected to the 110, but all it says "switch or connector has problem". What do I need to do? Help~!!

Whenever I get to the screen asking me if I see video in the background, it's pitch black. When I turn the TiVo off, I see a picture just fine. The cables are connected fine, and I just can't figure out what is wrong. Any suggestions? Your help is much appreciated, and points to anyone who can get this working!!!
TY

I noticed I have a USB port on my DVR Cable Box. I tried inserting my sandisk memory stick. The light on the stick lit up, but there was no prompt on the cable box to do anything. Is there a way to transfer recorded shows onto a media stick?
