i click on cable at the top then i click "my dvr" and nothing comes up...what do i do?

I have had to make numerous calls to ComCast technical support regarding problems with cable service. They have replaced the box 3 times. Your problem is not one I have run in to. Even though I am frustrated with Com Cast I found that when I described the problem to the tech person they came up with a solution. Try that and if you aren't satisfied then try Direct TV. If iI have another problem that is what I am going to do.

Maybe it is not recording. turn on your TV and cable and then hit the record button and record for a minute or two. then press stop and them My DVR, if mothing comes up your cable box may be faulty and they need to install a new one. When I first got DVR, it did not record and I called Comcast and they sent someone to replace it. The cable guy says that it happens quite often so that may be your problem.

If you have the same Comcast DVR (Motorola) as me, what happens if you press the menu button on the remote or front of the DVR? You should see a DVR menu option. Hopefully, it is your remote that is bad or needs to be reprogrammed than the DVR.

Hit the My DVR button on the remote and select which recording you would like to view....took me a while to! lol
