I stole a couple Cam'ron rap CD's from a store, but they got the weird plastic holder on it...so how should I take it off (with tools I'm assuming), without breaking the CD in the process?

And don't give me no BS about returning them either

so, my troubles started when itunes wouldnt recognise my ipod. then i noticed, usually where anything is plugged into a usb port, it shows up in "My Computer". it didnt. then i noticed, it wasnt even showing the charging symbol on the ipod battery when it was plugged in. i tried 2 different cables, same thing happened. i reset the ipod holding menu and the middle circle button, and nothing happened. but, now it wont shut off. 2 ipods have done this. i need help before i blow them up.

my problem is every song i play..i try to fast foward..it just go back to the begining of the song...
i tried restarting

my iPod is not responding so I reset it and it works fine. But it happens too often and every time I try to transfer songs to the iPod, it freezes and doesn't respond. So I decided to restore it. But it cannot be restored. The iPod freezes right in the middle of the restoration process and it can't be restored. I looked for this in the Apple support website but couldn't find the solution.
I want to restore my iPod. What should I do? Pls help!

I just got my iPod about a month ago and i already uploaded songs and pictures into it but i can't upload videos. All of my videos are in AVI and MPG format. once i put a movie that was in AVI format into itunes and onto my ipod. I could see the video perfectly but you couldn't hear anything. MY question is: What do i need to do to put videos in my iPod? Please be specific.
P.S. If you could also tell me how to put movies from DVDs onto my iPod i would appreciate it
P.S.S. If you haven't personally tried whatever advice you are giving me please don't answer. I need people who know what they are talking about to answer because i don't want anything bad to happen to my computer and iPod.

I have an iPod nano
like a month ago, when I turned it on, it didn't
I tried again but it didn't work. It was just black
nothing on it. when I thought it needed to by charged, I tried, but when I did it, it made a beeping noise. so I'm like "huh?"
so the next day I TRIED AGAIN.
It didn't work.
so I think there is something wrong with it. can you guys help me???
now, I can't listen to my music on it anymore....

With an ipod shuffle does it ALWAYS shuffle the songs no matter what? Becuase i have a friend who might buy one and she asked me about it and i wasnt sure if it ALWAYS shuffles the entire time or if it only shuffles if you have shuffle mode on. If there is a shuffle mode, how does it decide what songs to play when its not on shuffle?
