Is this a new iPod? If not how long have you had it? The battery might be faulty in either case. If your iPod is still covered by the warranty then you'll need to go to an Apple Store with the reciept and ask them to fix it. Thats first on your adgenda. If you get a replacement, to put on videos you need to download them from the iTunes store or somewhere else like Google Video. From there, you need to drag the video into your iTunes movies (if you got a video not from iTunes) . Then plug your iPod in, and go to the movies section under your library. Click and drag the picture of the movie to the little picture of your iPod once its plugged in.

if you have limewire then you can download all the videos you want for free and if you download total video converter then you can convert them into the format for your iPod, go to http://totalvideoconverter.com and download it for free and its really easy. The only problem is that theres a free trial for only 15 days so you need to get the things you would like and you need to do it before it expires.

When you get them converted you drag and drop the converted version into your iTunes library and it ends up in your "movies" section.

One more thing, when you convert them select the option for "quicktime Mpeg4 Mov"

I hope this works for you because it did for me :)

If you have an Apple store nearby you should take it in for repair. The battery should not be crashing after ten minutes, and they are great at fixing/resolving problems.

I have the same one, you should get another from where ever you bought it if it's under 90 days. Or mail to Apple and they could fix it.

I don't want to seem rude, but; Have you read the instruction manual that came with it? That helped me a WHOLE lot.
