Ok well i have videos in itunes, there in the right format and everything. When i put them in my ipod...it keeps saving them under movies and i want them to save under music videos. How do i fix this???

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Napster, but I continue to receive a sorry can't play tracks error message.

Napster works fine on my other laptop.

I recently recieved an ipod nano 2GB and i get my songs off of iTunes. My friend also uses iTunes but she has a lot more songs than me. Does anyone know if it is possible for me to get these songs from here?

Hi, this is sort of a weird problem. You see, I know my iPod nano should get about 24 hours of battery life, but it's getting way more than that. As of now, I've had it since Christmas, and used it almost constantly since then (I'd say I listen to music most of the day, while doing other things), and I haven't had to charge it once. And it still has about 3/4 of it's battery life left, according to the on-screen display. I haven't even connected it to my computer since Christmas. Should I be worried, or overjoyed?

The songs I transfer from my cds into itunes have a bit rate of 1411. (As opposed to 128 when downloaded from itunes). How can I reduce the 1411 bit rate on the songs from my cds?

*Ok, so on my ipod nano where you would go to get your podcasts (Main Menu>Music>Podcasts...) I don't have that! I don't know why! I reset the factory settings once but i don't think that's why. Can someone tell me!

*My next problem is about the memory bar thingy you see when u plug in your iPod on iTunes. It says I have 660.2 mb of 'OTHER' memory and I have no idea what the 'OTHER' memory is. Ever since I tried downloading a video podcast...but i deleated the podcast, and the orange bar line filling wasn't there until I experimented with the pod casts!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH ALEAST ONE OF THE PROBLEMS PLEASE!

Just got an iPod for christmas but I accidentally uploaded all the tracks from my computer when I charged it on my PC. I have a large quantity of unwanted tracks on my iPod how do I delete them individually or all in one go and how do I prevent them from uploading onto iPod again when I am addding more music in the future? I only know how to get songs I purchased with a gift card and from cd's onto my playlist. I just bought itunes songs and none of them except for like, 1 are going onto my playlist! i downloaded music from my shared music files to my ipod shuffle, the lights on the shuffle are indicating no music on unit. i looked at ipod shuffle qs and it says something about synced music from itunes?? can i only do music from itunes? how can i get it to play? when i go to my ipod file on comp and push play it plays the music on ipod when its pluged in.

My friend recently got an MP4 player for Christmas, it's memory capacity read 4GB when he first started using it. After afew files became unusable, a reformat was necessary to wipe the memory. However, after reformatting it, the memory now reads 967MB only, I have tried everything I can think of to resolve this but am now stuck! The player reads 100% free memory, it consists of Samsung flash chips which I thought would be reliable. Does anyone have any solutions to this, other than buying another mp4 player?
