there is no best site just put in your cd in and get music off your cd.

For free music, just about everything you can think of is here including dvds etc

Dont use limewire it is full of spyware.
for mininova you will need a bit client like bitlord but this is also free to download.

depends if u want free music or not. for free music, i'd reccomend morpheus or limewire. or itunes or just searching on google can get u any music for around 99p a song

try Limewire.. free but make sure you virus scan everything you receive...
