I mean they give you a free trial. $9.95 a month unlimited downloads, but then if you want to burn the songs you have to pay .99 cents per song. But if you cancel your membership you can't even listen to the songs you downloaded on your computer anymore. What's up with that? It's the worse deal I've ever heard of. Do I have it wrong? What do you think?

All my music has disappeared from my iPod! I believe it's still there somewhere because it's still showing as holding 15GB of music when I go to Settings->About. Does anyone know where it has gone and how I can get all my music to display again on my iPod? All help and answers gratefully appreciated!!

as stupid as I am, i've lost my CD for puting itunes onto my ipod nano. is there a program you can download for free, that will allow me to put tracks on the ipod cause just dragging the files onto the thing just aint workin'. I also seem to remember the CD that I used to install from required my serial number on the back of the thing too - dunno why, thought it might be important to mention that incase the CD is only compatible with that certain device.

well.. i just got this player in the mail about 4 days ago and its already giving me problems. normally i am a HUGE fan of sandisk; i have bought things from them before, but i am so stumped on this one.

my problem is, i loaded an album on it. then when i unplugged the player to check and make sure everything got loaded okay, the player tells me that this particular album, every song, is a "bad track" . so in an attempt to fix this i deleted every song i had on it. on the computer it tells me the player is empty. okay, so i unplugged it and again made sure everything was okay... but no. the songs on this album are STILL there! i plugged it into the computer again.. and the folder is EMPTY.

Does anyone know how i would go about deleting these songs???

i contacted sandisk costumer service... but i haven't got any response... and i need help :(

I have a 3rd generation ipod for windows that was formated to itunes via my old laptop. Question #1, how do I sync it on a new iTunes on my new desktop? Question #2 - How can I take my music from my ipod and store it on my external hardrive?

My iPod is 5th generation video 60GB. On standard apple docking it charges perfect. When I put it into IceLink cradle in my car it works fine but does not charge. The very same happens when I put it into my new JBL ON STAGE II cradle, it works good but does not charge (the device is plugged to the outlet of course). What is the solution?

My ipod headphones just busted. Basically when i play songs with alot of bass then one of the ehadphones would start making a cracking sound. It sounds like something is loose and vibrating against the headphone because when i squeeze it it stops making the noise.
