i have an ipod nano right now and i like the drag and drop.. and i wan ta video but if you cant drag and drop i dont want it.. so im wondering if it does

no u cant but if you are asking because Itunes isnt working u can use Ephpod go to www.ephpod.com and download it is good.

Yes you can using itunes if you select the option of manually manage songs on your pc on itunes by clicking ipod options. Then you just drag the file of folder to the ipod icon that appears when you it connect your pc and you open itunes.
