i have this program thats called musicetc. you can download all the music, movies, etc. for free all you have to do is pay a 1 time fee of 15 bucks

Go to www.bearshare.com or www.limewire.com and download either of them they are really the same but my personal choice would be Limewire. Then u make a floder to put ur downloaded music in make it my music then once u have finished plug your mp3 or ipod into ur usb and go to my computer and click on the mp3 or ipod and open my music and copy and paste the music to the ipod or mp3. go to limewire.com and download the basic limewire. Then to download songs, you select audio on the left side, then just type the song name or artist or whatever you want and click search. Double click on the song you want to download, and wait until it is 100%. Then you can drag it from the bottom of limewire to your library on itunes. and thats all :)
just make sure your not sharing your songs. you can tell by the green circle thing in the bottom left of limewire, and there will be a number, that is the number of songs that your shraring. and i think that is what is illegal.
DON'T USE BEARSHARE,... it gives your computer viruses
