Some sites say it's not, but a friend of mine was fined like $1000 for downloading songs from someone sharing over the internet. How do you know if it's illegal or not? I wanted to email my cousin some songs I purchased from itunes. Is that illegal?

well a month or two ago my computer crashed and just two days ago i just got a new one and before my computer crashed kazaa was running... but now it isnt.

Even I connect my iPod to the computer it did not unlock but before I lock it, it shows a messeage that if I forget my code just connect iPod to the computer to unlock but nothing happens.

I recieved a black 30gig iPod for Christmas and it's starting to get some minor scratches. I want to buy a case for it to prevent it from getting scratched up any farther. I can't decide whether to get a silicone case or a clear acrylic. I want something that will allow access to the ports and buttons/switches, protect the screen, and keep out dust and stuff that will scratch the iPod even more. Which type of case do you suggest? And if you can suggest specific brands/models of cases, please do.

I had installed the program in my computer a while back and my computer got a virus and the guys who fixed my computer erased the program. Now I tried to install it again, and it installed but it won't let me open it without a serial number and that's on the manual (which i lost a LONG time ago)... just wondering if anyone has a serial number I can use because I REALLY need to use it ASAP and I can't afford to buy the program again!!! PLEASE HELP!

I have a bunch of songs on my iPod already and would like to add some more. The problem is that the original library of songs was on a computer that crashed and now I have a new library of songs that does not include many of the old ones that I had before. The real questions are - Can I take the songs from my iPod and put them in my new iTunes library and, if so, how? or Can I add the songs from my new iTunes library to my iPod without deleting the songs that are already on it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My Zune will only hold a charge for about a half an hour to an hour, and its supposed to have a 12 hour battery life! Am I charging it wrong or something? Or is it faulty? Should I return it?

Please help, i have a potentially big problem. my brother deleted Quick time from my computer to free up space. Apparently Quick Time is needed to run i-tunes. I tried to open i-tunes and it said Quick time wasnt found. So i tried downloading i-tunes again, nothing happened. should i completely delete the i-tunes and start from begining? if i do this will i lose all my songs? can i get the songs on my ipod back onto the newly downloaded i-tunes???
please help!!!!!!
