I've got an Audiophase mp3 player just recently, downloaded my songs, and now they won't play. The songs are displayed but I see the stop botton activated and the songs won't play. The Hold switch is turned off, but the system is telling me that the songs are on Stop. I can't find the website to troubleshoot this problem.

I was looking to view this movie and the file type was avi and I have windows media player but when i tried to play the video it didnt work, it seems as though it was playing but there was no picture.
