What OS are you running? XP? WinME? Win98SE? Did you get a driver disk with this unit? Sounds like you need to install one.
further comments ...(1/17/07) I went back and re-read the ebay description for the item and no where can I find anything that says what OS this unit is compatible with. What does the owner's manual say? Also, you did not mention whether there was a driver disk that came with the unit
