I was looking to view this movie and the file type was avi and I have windows media player but when i tried to play the video it didnt work, it seems as though it was playing but there was no picture. Ive had this problem before with these types avi, so i was wondering what you have to do to view an avi video?

Most video files, although encoded differently, are sharing the same file extension ".avi". If you cannot play the avi file on your windows media player, it means that the video codec required to decode the movie file is not present in your PC.

generally u need like codecs. make sure ur windows media is updated. if that doesnt work try real player or divx
