i would like to put a video of me and my friend on my ipod but i cant even get it into itunes. i tried both "import" and "add to library"...help?!?!

you need to convert the video. you can use quicktime pro if you have or buy it if you want it or you can download one of the ipod video converting software from download.com. they are trial versions though. well most of them.

i don't have a video ipod but i have a photo ipod and to put the photos on you do not upload them into itunes. when you plug in your ipod there should be a little picture of an ipod in the bottom right hand corner of the itunes window and you click on that.
so try something like that, sorry if it doesnt work.
