My main question is that is there a virus-free online store where you can buy and downloads tv shows and movies and put it on this player? (is there an "itunes" like store for this product?)

the closest thing to itunes is probably URGE, however itunes is the only one to download TV shows, movies (now 250 movies) podcasts, videopodcasts, and music. id go with the video ipod, iriver. or other player instead, (or wait) because the vision: M has been around for at least 2 years now, and is simply outdated.

last i heard, tv was free to record, as it is broadcast to public airwaves. therefore, bitcomet is an excellent tool for legal high res tv show downloads
