Yes. I have already recharged the battery several times...but after a few minutes of playing it goes dead. Thanks.

This is what they told me. They said they could that apple.com would replace the battery up to a year(maybe longer) after you purchase it.

Haha I'm gonna go ahead and assume you tried to charge it adn your battery wont retain a charge. Go on ebay or somewhere adn find a new battery that will match your specific ipod. They will send you tools and insturctions on how to change it. I did that and i actualyl got a battery that lasted longer than the origional.

u r supposed 2 charge it wit da plug. if not then u need a new battery

charge it... it should have come with a white usb cord that plus in to you comp and ur ipod... u charge it thru ur comp
