my iPod is not responding so I reset it and it works fine. But it happens too often and every time I try to transfer songs to the iPod, it freezes and doesn't respond. So I decided to restore it. But it cannot be restored. The iPod freezes right in the middle of the restoration process and it can't be restored. I looked for this in the Apple support website but couldn't find the solution.
I want to restore my iPod. What should I do? Pls help!

Take your iPod to the Apple store or send it back to get it fixed. If not then buy a new one

Buy a new one and switch them out. That should fix your problem.
