When I poke them, they go in easily, but they stop coming up right when they become flush with the casing. I need them up about 2 mm from the casing.

if so, can you please tell me the site. I doubt there's anything like it, but if there was, that would be so cool!

If I take a picture of birds in the back yard, 25 feet away, on max zoom, then crop a pic. of one bird, it enlarges the pic, but it's blurry even though the first picture appeared clear. Does this happen with all digital cameras? Mine is a 12X Optical Zoom.

I lost mine for my camera and I'm planning on buying a new one. Not online, but at a store. Does Best Buy or some other large store sale them? Anyone know the estimated cost?

I also need to make sure it has black/white option. And my old camera takes a long time to take the picture. Is there anything more instant from the time to push the button to take picture, to when it actually takes the image?

Can some one please tell me other than size the major differences between compact and SLR Digital cameras?

What are the benefits of paying double the money for an SLR? Are they stupidly hard to use?

I guess the question really is - is it worth the extra $200 to go with the 400D? My hands are fairly large - will that be a deterrent for the 400D?

I just bought a Canon SD600, but haven't got any SD card for it yet....

Wondering if anybody use Transcend SD card before, is this brand good ?
Should i get a normal normal one or Hi-speed for my canon SD600 camera ?

Can anybody give me some advises on this ? Thank you !

I have a 4GB compact flash card for my camera and I was wondering what the ##x speed really meant... I've seen cards that say "High speed (80x) compact flash card!" and others that say "High speed (12x) compact flash card!" And I was just curious if 12 is actually considered high speed... it doesn't seem like it, which makes me sad because that's what my card is haha. It came with the camera though, and 4gb is a good amount so I guess I can't complain too much!

It does seem to take some time with pictures at the quality I've been taking them at, which is unfortunate. Is that higher ##x really going to make a huge enough difference to drop $100 or more on another memory card? (in the future, I'm broke now...) Though I suppose to help me buy one I could sell what I have now...

Which one should I buy? A high speed SD card or just regular SD? I have a Kodak Z612 I'm going to just take pictures with it. My camera is 6.1 Megapixel.

I often take pictures in quiet situations. I've scoured the net and manual for more info with no luck.
