There is no way of removing the grease from your picture. The best thing to do is to take your photo to Walmart or Target and have the picture scanned to make copies. It is cheap and they turn out really close to the real thing.

I would not suggest trying to remove the grease. Instead, scan the photo onto your computer. If you have a program like photoshop you can remove it manually on the computer. This will prevent smearing of the computer. If you do not have the capability to do this and the picture is a treasured one then I would take it to a photo place and a lot of times they can do this for you. They charge but not a lot. Actually, I have seen photo cleaning liquid before. You use it on a cotton glove and very gently buff the surface. I'm not sure it would get rid of grease, though.
I agree with scanning and digital restoration.

take it to a store like HEB or Walmart. they usually can fix it for you, if you dont want to do that then you can scan the pic into your computer and try to fix it yourself but i find that difficult.
