my camera is new and nothing has happened to it so i don't know what is wrong. it won't turn on it won't do nothing. so what is wrong with my camera?

Is the battery plugged in? If so, is it charged? Did you check the instruction manual or go online to the camera's manufacturer website for help?

Your camera may not work with normal alkaline batteries. New digital cameras take a ton of juice. Try a set of rechargeable NiMH or energizer Li e2 batteries.

Are the batteries installed properly? And are the batteries good? Also, there will sometimes be a reset button to push, usually in the area of the battery. Good Luck

Maybe its dead or you need to take it back to the person who you got it from...
