I know, I know... there's a voltage difference and there's the potential to fry American electrical appliances in Europe. But I used a converter and it still won't work, even with the right voltage. What gives?

Hey,
I just got the playstation eye for christmas.
and I am able to use eye create and that stuff. but how do you use it as a mic when playing Resistance online?

I have two Sony VCR's that both work good. I also have an external DVD player. I've transferred a couple VHS tapes onto DVD using the RCA cables (I think that's what they're called).

The problem is neither VCR has the S-Video outlet and I have heard the quality is much better with the S-video cord. Is it worth it to buy a new VCR with an S-video cable outlet? If someone has done this, is the picture *that* much better?

I do not want to get a vcr/dvd-recorder combo. I kinda hate those things. I am getting rid of my vhs tapes, so I don't want the combo for that reason either.

Any tips would be great. I am just transferring some old TV shows and stuff. thanks

It's rather annoyng now, saving at checkpoints only, while on PC you can save whenever you want. On older consoles it had a reason for it - very limited memory, but on PS3 or 360 with their huge HDDs? Why developers still use this outdated saving system?

VZW new policy will allow just about any e911 CDMA phone to be activated. First I need to know if verizon can pull up the ESN on the Helio Phone? If so it can be activated for basic calls/text. However, my question is do you only need a data/plan to work all the features or does Helio specific features provision for programs like myspace and utube to work? I know that verizon can and does activate Alltel and cdma a like phones. However Helio Ocean is a diffrent beast. Please list direct source in your answer.

Ok, right now I have a small flip phone. (My carrier is verizon by the way) If I were to buy my own phone that is a Motorolla Q, would that change the cost of my bill? I'm not due for an upgrade for two years... does this mean that I can't change my phone for two years? Thanks for your help...

Taking night time photos of city lights and buildings, the Nikon P4. Don't want alot of grainy pictures. Is the Museum Mode setting better for less grain? And using the VR on, without a tripod.

I can't stand when the playstation 3 internet browser freezes, hard to view websites without a flash player, frequently asks me to turn on/off my plugin when i am about to enter most websites and it slow. I much whether use my laptop instead but my screen is hardly damaged. I hope sony improves those problems.

I have an Xbox 360 and my friend has a wii. Unfortunately, my friend now wishes he got a 360, because he realizes that the motion sensor isn't incorporated in the games as good as people say it is. Most people who like the wii think every game is going to be as interactive as wii sports, but that in fact is not the case. Most publishers get confused on how they are going to make the game interactive, so for say opening a box you will swing the remote side by side (totally unrelated to the action). Not only that, but there is NO graphical improvement from the gamecube AT ALL. Most wii players say that the wii is a different style of gameplay, but all it feels like is a gamecube with a special controller. The online beats out PS3, but comes no where, NO WHERE, close to Xbox Live. Not only that, but you are obligated to point the wiimote at your television screen constantly, and moving the controller will change the camera angles dramatically. Tell me why people are buying this?

when i turn it on and put it in mode where you take pictures it makes a weird clicking noise, then the thing comes on that says it turn the power on and of again. also the lense zoom or w/e you call that the thing that pops out when you are taking a picture won't stick back in... what's the problem ?
