Helio Ocean on Verizon Wireless?

Question

VZW new policy will allow just about any e911 CDMA phone to be activated. First I need to know if verizon can pull up the ESN on the Helio Phone? If so it can be activated for basic calls/text. However, my question is do you only need a data/plan to work all the features or does Helio specific features provision for programs like myspace and utube to work? I know that verizon can and does activate Alltel and cdma a like phones. However Helio Ocean is a diffrent beast. Please list direct source in your answer.

Others have ask similar questions, and the answer come down to this. It you just want the ocean to look cool and use just the phone, others say you can get it unlocked. But none of the applications or the internet stuff works.

Helio has its own OS and Network for a reason, Its phones only work with them. Seem like they want to make money on their products and services and not lose it to other providers.
