Ok, I understand the laws of basic electricity. But what i cant seam to grasp is this. When the smallest physical resistor or load lets say is 5 ohms how can you have lessthan 5 ohms of totle resistance in that curcuit. Whats happening or causing that number to drop. Now I work with this stuff everyday as a diagnostic GM technician. I was asked this question by my appritance at work and I'm on a mission to understand this not just get an answer. I dropped my LG VX5200 in a lake on accident. i slipped on a rock. It can turn on and everything works except the left buttons and i cant get service. Is there any chance of recovery? Do you have any tips? PLZ HELP!

this is a number that appears in the Telephone Number Database as a number from oregon... but how come when i dial it i get the message above??

my friend was able to change virtually all the settings on his ipod like instead of say "music or settings" it could say like "gravy and potatoes" i wouldnt do that its just an example or instead of the little charger thing it would have a picture of a frog>

I want a combo cell phone / PDA that uses Palm OS and desktop for the PDA part. I also want to be able to use the phone to connect to the internet, with the fastest possible connection, and the most reliable service in the largest amount of areas.

What would be my options and complete monthly costs of this type of service?

I have been to Verizon but they have my head swimming... data plan, wireless web add-on, etc, etc. etc. I am lost in the scam at this point.

I have been washing clothes all day, with no problems. I smelled something and i went into the laundry room and my washing machine had smoke coming out of it. I bought it brand new, 2 years ago, what could it be and what can i do, to fix it? I would ask the hubby, but he's visiting his mother and i don't want to call over there and ruin their visit, thanks.

I recently moved my IPod library from an older computer to my new laptop, ever since I did that when I purchase music on the new computer it downloads to my library and loads onto my IPod but when I to listen to it on the IPod it skips over it as if it can not retrieve the song... I dont know what to do... I have made sure that my library is authenticated on the laptop and all that... any suggestions would be GREAT!
