For instance my # is 503 291-5466 but shows up on someone else's cell phone as 925 644-4566 ?

No call forwarding just calling someone that I call everyday at least twice, so they are in my speed dial.

it's happened to me before. i called my boyfriend on SPEED DIAL...a number i've called a million times. it called some random girl across the country.

no, but if your added in someone's address book on their cell phone, then if your # isn't locked or private, it'll show up as your name. And if your not added to their address book, then it just shows your real #.

it can happen if someone calls from a landline phone using a prepaid international card.
