*67 blocks your number from caller Id or *69 when you make a call.
*69 Tells you the number of the latest incoming call.
Both will cost money, not alot, but rates vary depending upon your provider.

*67 DID NOT BLOCK MY NUMBER. In fact, it appeared to do nothing. Until 3 days later when I found out that my unanswered phone calls were being forwarded to the number I had tried placing *67 . I work in healthcare and had been calling patients from my cell phone. This could have literally ruined my career or others careers with information that may have ended up on the wrong phone.

*67 makes your call show up as a private number or blocks your phone number to other caller ids, and *69 rings the last person who called you.

*67 means youre a ***** or a stalker. *69 is not really necessary anymore with cellphones.
