I have two light meters - one is Boots and the other is Western III, for 200 ASA and 250th they both advise f4, but my two SLR cameras both advise f8 - I trust my cameras because they both give excellent photos, and it also makes sense in my estimation of light levels, so why the big difference? There are no batteries in the light meters.

so i just got a new tv (enhanced definition). my uncle got one too in his room (high definition). we both use/share the same tv cable box (meaning that our cables both plug into the same box). when i plug in and turn on my tv, my uncle's tv would get worse that his picture would become less clear (e.g. some "snowing"). what happened? he's blaming me that my TV has made his TV worse. is that really my fault? how can i fix it? thanks.

My mobile phone operator T-Mobile informed me that I was upgrading to the latest Blackberry handset and the next version wouldn;t be available for a year. So I upgraded to the 'latest' version. Three weeks later and a new version is due out! I feel i've been mis-informed and they should swap over the phone for the latest one. I'm out of the 7 days 'cooling off' period so they say its hard luck. I suppose its like buying the latest car only to find a newer version is due in 3 weeks and you weren't told about it just so they could get the sale! Can I do anything?

My ipod Nano keeps freezing, so far I have only been able to unfreeze it by letting the battery run out. Are there any other ways to unfreeze it?

Thanks

What's good about it?
Price?
Memory?
Battery life?
Does it hold pictures?
Durability?

I'm having trouble finding replacement recharcheable batteries for our Sony DSCP31 Cyber-Shot Camera. I was wondering If using a battery with a higher mAH rating would harm the camera?

I need some suggestions on what camera to buy. It needs to be small and compact for when i take to gigs and possibly even waterproof. Long-Lasting Battery and good quality images.

Ok so I had my iTunes library on a PC. The PC crashed, and when I got it fixed, iTunes was uninstalled. I tried to reinstall it but since my version was updated it wouldn't let me do it...anyway, the question is...if I get a new computer and plug in my iPod, can I import my whole collection (4800 songs) onto iTunes? Keep in mind there are songs that I downloaded, put onto iTunes previously, then deleted (songs were still on iPod, but the (!) is next to the song on the Library). Can anyone help me?

i'm thinking of three or four particular types: phone cameras, disposable cameras, older cameras that use one-time flash cubes, and older cameras that have an integral flash (they can often be found at thrift shops). is there a range of light ouputs? how broad is it, if so? are there different wavelengths of light? are flash cubes still even available? essentially, i'm looking for the cheapest brightest flash (reusable'd be nice), in a hand held, or smaller, size. thanks!
