Where can i buy a DVD player that supports RMVB format?

If such machine does not exist is there any plans for future release?

There don't appear to be any physical DVD players; however, there are software players (realplayer, etc) that would play direct from a DVD on a computer .... or convert to a format that is supported (many choices, but see links for a RM to iPOD converter and RM converter as examples)
