That area code comes back to: Oregon: Eugene, Medford and reverse lookup does not recognize it, probably a central, dummy number for a large telemarketer, perhaps, or it could be to a large company or government agency, such as police. If you call it back, you are likely to get a ringing only, as dummy numbers don't even identify the company, but you could try it once, at least.

I just tried to call the number and I got a message saying "the number or code you've dialed is incorrect, please check the message of code and try again....message 5-21-7"
