I bought a digital camera and more recetly a PC from PC World. Both are faulty and in particular the Hewlett Packard printer (photosmart3210) will not feed paper through properly. I bought it less than 6 months ago and PC World inform me that it is no longer their responsibility and I need to go direct to the manufacturer. The Sale of Goods Act tells me different and that the retailer is 100% responsible for the goods whilst in warrantly. I am worried that PC World are not going to take me seriously and just turn me away OR offer an exact replacement. Reviews online tell me that my problem is not unique. I have written to HP and am waiting for a response.
Has anybody else had issue with PC World and what did you do? They seem to have 400 staff to every store but limited help in every store!

I get the worst shock ever off scart cables and my NTL box, at first I thought it was just I had dodgy equipment but it happens on other things in my house. Does anyone else get these and any idea why ? I didnt used to get these shocks .... :-S

In Malaysia, my country, The N73 is about MYR 2000=US$490 and it doesnt have uPnP and Wi-Fi instead of N93 which is about MYR 2900=US$690 have it all but a slight down-side on the picture taken.

My ipod is freezing after I watch a video. Most of my videos were either converted using itunes or they were converted using other software. Could this be the problem or do I have a bad ipod? It doesn't seem to crash when i am playing music, just when i am watching videos.
