i want to hear out the conversation between two persons talking on their mobile by using another mobile phone or at least the number to which any person is talking

yes but one out of the two shud support u.
u cant hear their conversation if none of them helps u out

In the old analog world some phones had test mode in them and you could access channels that way. But now you'd have to have the channel hopping sequence and the coding format. Don't think so, unless you have a court order from the FBI you can't get the service provider to do it either. Why would you want to anyway? Most conversations are boring.

Use programs like JTAPI((java Telephone Application Protocol Interface) . This one is used by telephone service providers, military intelligence and also by smuglers.(may be better than military)
