My ipod is freezing after I watch a video. Most of my videos were either converted using itunes or they were converted using other software. Could this be the problem or do I have a bad ipod? It doesn't seem to crash when i am playing music, just when i am watching videos.

My sisters ipod always freezes after she ejects it from the computer. Run a scandisk through 'my computer'. Open my computer, right click on the ipod icon, click tools and then 'Check now for errors'

U just has the same problem with me, but that happen 2 month ago n I had already sold my ipod to my cousin 1 month ago . First , u better check maybe the ipod memory was already full because my situation is like that , if not , u can go to ask the expert about the problem of ipod .

Never tolerate an iPod that crashes. Take it to a Mac store and have them run a diagnostic on it; if there's something wrong they'll replace it after giving you the run around for three days.

i have a shuffle but mine crashed when i listened to music so i called up apple and they exchanged it for me free of charge you need to do that too. they will fix your and send you a new one. go to their website for the number to call.
