Price does matter. I'm looking to spend anywhere from $100-$150. It needs to be able to be fitted to myspace pictures without any programs for resizing (although this may not matter). It also needs long battery life, good megapixles, and other features too maybe...Best answer gets 10 points!!

In that price range you are looking at a point and shoot for a good one. I would try for the most mega pixels you can find within your price range.
Here is a link to a page that usually has some pretty good deals on cameras in all price ranges, and the links along the left colum are for some of the better camera outlets that offer good deals.

I have a no name 6 mega pixel point and shoot (I do not use it much anymore now that I have my Olympus evolt e500 ) Which I got on ebay for about the price you are looking to spend. It takes very good pictures.

I am not certain about my space requirements for uploading your pictures, but you can usually change the size you save your file with settings on the camera. (the higher the quality the larger the file.) For websites you don't need high resolution photos, but for printing you do.
If you go with haunting ebay, you will want to use a sniping service so as not to end up in a bidding war. I use this one which has I think 10 free winning bids before they charge you anything.. and then it is a reasonable price. (small percentage of the winning bid amount.)

check you local sunday newspaper for ads. If you have a bestbuy, circuit city, target, walmart, staples or other big box store you can find one inexpensively. I'm not sure, but either target or bestbuy has a 5megapixal kodak for $120. If you don't have time to shop around try each website. Sometimes you can buy a 4-5 megapixel camera bundle w/4x6 printer rather cheaply.
