I am trying to make a booklet for my grandfathers funeral and at the moment my page is vertical and i need the page horizontal can anyone tell me how to do this in microsoft word?

I mean can I burn an Ubuntu ISO that is meant to be burnt in a CD to a DVD because the CD ISO is only 700MB and DVD has 4 times the size so it will definitely fit or do I really need a CD for a CD ISO and a DVD for a DVD ISO.

My father got an older computer but it is full of junk. I need to clean it and install windows so as to keep it simple for him. He is just learning how to get on a computer. I tried to reinstall windows and now it gives error messages relating to the registery every five mins. or so. Please can someone tell me how. I am computer literate, but never had to delve this deep into the operating system.

I have a copy of drive copy 4.0 which unfortunately does not work with XP. I need a larger c drive and need help finding the appropriate software that will let me make a mirror copy onto the new larger drive so I don't have to reload programs and files already on my current c drive.

I got microsoft office installed from a place. When I try to activate it an error says "this software has been activated the maximum number of times". If anybody can help me get this thing activated then I'll be really grateful. And I'll give them the best answer!!!

I have a program called Arcade on my pc which fires up everytime I put a cd or dvd in. I want to turn it off so it only opens when i ask it to, not automatically, its really annoying and slows my machine down for about 15 mins! I've tried making my other programs preferential but it hasn't seemed to work. Can anyone help me please?

Since April 2007 I have been unable to connect to any MS site. My Phising filter is disabled, MSN Messenger will not connect/ It is so hard to find any info about the problem which I know has been acknowledged by others. I have checked my local hosts file. I have 2 pc's with same problem. Accessing other sites is fine.
