Is there any good tune up programs that can take all the unnecessary junk from my PC?

If you are willing to spend some money, I highly recommend TuneUp Utilities 2007. It comes with a free 30 day trial; so, you can test it out before deciding if you want to keep it. CCClearner is alright, I had problems with it after using it, my pc slowed down alot. I recommend EasyCleaner 2.0. Which is free too.
