can anyone suggest a program that can convert flv tp mp4 or mpeg. thanx!?

i downloaded mmshall before but it is only a 5 day trial version. is there a software that is free. thank you!

Try Mediacoder at http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/ or
Super © at http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

Both are freeware applications that are basically frontends to open source command line decoding/encoding software. I use them quite frequently with great success.
