I just bought an Apple iPod; and need some help on it's operation.?

I just bought an Apple iPod i down loaded iTunes as required; however i need need on the process of loading it with music and some help on it's operation. Can some one please help me on how to operate it? Thanks

wat kind of ipod video nano or shuffle i think you can just drag and drop
