are some program ( like Nero or CloneCD ) to give an image from floppy disk ? and then right on another floppy ?

I've been using media player 11 for a while now, and increasingly I've been losing files and experiencing problems with it shuffling them about in poor order. I know this is the Auto option, but frankly, its crap.

What are the other media players out there that are good for my music? Obviously I tunes but that seems to jumble everything up too?!?!?!?!

When ever I download Quicktime (for windows) it resets my screen configuration and it looks like an i-pod but enlarged to fill the whole screen (low resolution and grainy). I can't seem to find any settings menus to change or reset it and Apple are simply impossible to contact. I have uninstalled and re-installed it several times and I always end up with the same result.
It's not just Quicktime, this also happens when I try to view the Apple website, it is hugely annoying and it means that I simply can not be bothered to use any Apple products (not really a bad thing as I only want Quicktime, I'm not in the least bit interested in owning an i-pod or being lumbered with i-tunes, I don't like either).
I have had Quicktime in the past and it worked fine, but as I can't get any assistance from Apple, I wondered if any of the Yahoo crew could offer any help..

I appear to have a corruption in INternet Explorer (v6).
WHen I do a print / print preview I get a script error and I can't get past it It refers to c:/wimdows/system32/shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg
Is the remedy to restore a file from xp program disc ? and if so how
Or what ?

when trying to install anew version of norton internet security it says i need to uninsall previous norton versions by clicking add/remove files click and remove it. The problem is when i click on add/remove files norton does not come up. How can i find it and remove it to install a newer version?

what i need to is set up a home surveillance system on my pc. i need to be able to have 2 or more webcams going at a time. it also has to be able to do night vision(to watch our vechile) my husband and i own our on business that we operate at of our home and we just moved to a new place and not quit sure about it yet. i just reformatted my hard drive, reinstalled windows. then i updated to service pack 2 using the disc. Then i restarted 15 minutes ago and windows is still starting. Is this normal? If not, how do I fix it?

Ok, all I remember is double clicking by the time on my laptop. The green start button in which you would shut the computer down with is in the tip right hand corner instead of the bottom left. Please anyone help me because this is not my computer and I don't know what to do.
