I've been using media player 11 for a while now, and increasingly I've been losing files and experiencing problems with it shuffling them about in poor order. I know this is the Auto option, but frankly, its crap.

What are the other media players out there that are good for my music? Obviously I tunes but that seems to jumble everything up too?!?!?!?!

Real Player is pretty cool, especially as it's far easier to rip music from Cd's than with Windows Media Player and it's got quite a few utilities like creating favourites lists and libraries of music, which I never use, but I'm sure someone more technically or musically minded would appreciate. I also use Nero showtime / player to play movies because it'll play anything.

Media Player Classic plays almost any file or DVD's. There are 2 versions. 1 for ME/98 and 1 for 2K/XP. No install, just 1 file. Open files and DVD's from the menu in "File". Double click to go to full screen, mouse wheel is volume, and number pad is zoom. Oh yea, its free.
