there is no software which can give you 5*1024/128 , 40 times compression

It depends on your data. For the most part, you're asking for some major compression that MIGHT be possible with text files. But that all depends on the contents of your text files too.

ZIP, LHZ, RAR, and most of the other compression algorithms can handle this.

I know of none that can do what you're asking for.

Data is restricted to how much you can compress it.

You can however compress your data (most likely assuming it's not already compressed - i.e. PDF, JPGs, GIFs, ZIP, etc) to a 4GB flash disk or DVD-R.

There's only one program I know of that could possibly compress data to 1/4 or less size of the original...but you have to know command line interface to use it...and you'll have to read the directions to use it as well...as I said it's command line interface.
WinUHA - UHARC GUI - High Compression Multimedia Archiver
This can compress files from 3gbs down to 400mbs in size or less...I'm good with computers...but this programming is over my head to learn on my own...
