I'm using Word 2002 for a 30 page report. If I edit one page, it throws off the spacing of following pages, as if I'm editing all one big long page! Its really annoying to be cutting and pasting, and then have to go fix the next pages so they look right again. How can I "break" up the pages so that when I edit one, the rest aren't affected?

All I want to do is watch my AVI movie on my TV. I heard from a friend that there is a software capable of doing this, and I looked for 5 hours trying to find one, and have had no luck. Please help lol.
FACTS:
- I DO NOT have a "DVD burner", only a "CD burner"
- I do have a DVD drive though.
- I have several blank DVDs.
- All I want is an answer pertaining to my question, not a lecture telling that I should get a DVD burner lol, no offense lol.

Good luck :)

I use Adobe GoLive CS2 to create my website. I just recently decided I wanted to make my site into an e-zine type thing. Could I use Adobe InDesign to layout the pages of my website and then incorporate them into Adobe GoLive for use on the internet? When I go to save something in InDesign, I don't see a "save for web" button so I am not sure how it would work.

I hope that makes some since! Lol. Thanks.

Hi. I just finished installing x11 for my imac and i'm interested in downloading gimp.
I went to Gimp.org, but I can't find the actual 'download' link. And the installation of the program itself seems very complicated.
Can someone please help, maybewalk me through this?
Thanks a bunch in advance. :-)

I'm going crazy here! Is there any possible way to download a free trial version of the actual Microsoft Powerpoint? The only thing that I found available on their website was a free trial of the newest Microsoft Office (which includes Powerpoint), but you need to have Vista to run it.
Any answers are appreciated, thanks!

After choosing the partition where I will install Windows XP, 4 file systems appear for the partition I chose. They are these:

1) Format the partition using the NTFS file system (QUICK)
2) Format the partition using the FAT file system (QUICK)
3) Format the partition using the NTFS file system
4) Format the partition using the FAT file system

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “1” AND “3”?
I heard that “1” formats faster, is it true?

Ok, right now I’m trying to install Windows XP to a computer. I chose a partition already. Now it says, “select a file system for the new partition”. And these are the options:

Format the partition using the NTFS file system (QUICK)
Format the partition using the FAT file system (QUICK)
Format the partition using the NTFS file system
Format the partition using the FAT file system

WHICH FILE SYSTEM SHOULD I PICK? Which would you recommend me? Is there a difference?

Everything seems to be ferfectly fine. It does everything it supose to do. When it gets to the final step which is finalizing the disk at 95% it seems that is doing it. Well I keep waiting for 1/2 an hour and it never finalized. So I shut it down. And I just purchase this program.
