it say's that is in windows/system32 folder but i search for it on other pc's but no other has it! I even search on the web and lime wire for it, but we no results. pls help it's really bothering me.
p.s. also it takes more time to start windows than usual

This is probably part of a program (outside of Windows OS) that starts with Windows...Look at your startup programs and disable the ones you don't want or need...
Type in run box msconfig, then the startup tab and uncheck the ones you don't want or need.
If you have program already installed that has a startup manager, then use that as it will give more details as to what the startup entry does and the program it's associated with.

You have a virus.
You need to run virus checks and get rid of it. Push comes to shove, you might have to delete and reload Windows.

go to start, run, type in msconfig. Find the file your missing and uncheck it and click apply and restart the computer.
