Personally NERO will help very much with what you want to do, but it's not free. I have a backup utility for DVD's that let you burn whatever you'd like onto them. Including encrypted and copyrighted stuff...check it out. It's free!!! on my blog, the third entry down I think...Hope this helps.

Nero, its a nice program. very user friendly.
