Hi,

I just installed IE7 (upgraded from ie6). I am using a corded mouse but when I attempt to scroll down the page it jumps and gets jittery. I have to sit there and wait for it to stop scrolling and I can't stop it- it keeps going until it's ready to stop- any suggestions on what is causing this? I had tried Firefox in the past but it kept crashing.

I write a document which contains several chapter, and has lots of figures and cross reference. I know each chapter can be done with Microsoft Word, but I don't know how to organize all of them so when I change one chapter, it can automatically change the Table of Contents, and other chapter which is related.

When I turned on my pc, after it gets to the screen where it has Win XP logo with the scrolling bar animation below the logo, in a few seconds the whole pc freezes! the scrolling bar just stops and the HDD light is turned on. I cant proceed further. BUT IT WORKS FINE WHRN RUN IN SAFE MODE!!! Thinking it was a software glitch, i repaired windows using my setup disk but still the problem is there. Is it a hardware conflict??? The last time i used the pc I changed my monitor from a CRT to a LCD. I didn't had the driver disk with me so I installed as a plug n play monitor. That computer session went fine, after i shut down that day and restart the next day this problem happened.. Sombody plz help!!

The files I am trying to play are .mpg files and only Windows Media Player 11 can't play them with sound, but I can see the video. I can hear and see the files if I play them with Zoom Player. Also when I click on a video on my SBC Yahoo! homepage, a separate window is brought up and when the video is done buffering, it also plays, but without sound. I think that the AT&T Yahoo! Player (the name on the top of my window when I click on a video file on my homepage) uses Windows Media Player 11 so the problem might be related.

I heard that some people do not recommend installing windows vista until the final version. I think the ActionScript would go like this:

i really would like to know who removes the question you ask when logging onto yahoo answers...
you see i posted a question about dvd burniners and got some answers back ,the nest day when i went to get the web address it was removed, who the heck removed them, now i cant find the damn questions to my answer...he do any of yoiu know of any other dvd burning programs other then dvd shrink/ nero and i dont want any of your stupid ignorant answers like " THAT'S ILLEGAL ,DO YOU WANT TO GO TO JAIL" ok thanx

When im typing fast i'll sometimes hit a button (i think its shift, alt or ctrl not sure which one!?) in such a way as to make any thing i go back and type in the middle of allready typed text overlap and deleate that already written text!! Its such a pain!!!

It goes off when i exit whatever application im on but still anyone know how to turn it on and off at will?

i am a S/W Engineer(Trainee)
i got a problem in my project regarding assigning file names for dynamically creating files,
for this file name format i have to use current date,time(mmddyy,hhmmss).(If i use the same format then i am getting 12 digits, i need to reduce this to 10 digit only)
by using this date and time the system should generate a unique 10 digit file name .
i changed the time into (hhmmss-6digits) in to a 5 digit seconds format (converting in to only seconds) .
is there any way to change the date (6digits) in to another numbersystems are some thing like that ...
any ideas are mostly welcome

I backed up my film collection onto my hard drive recently and since then one of my DVD's has become damaged so that I can't use it. I have tried using Nero to put all the original DVD Video TS files back onto a blank DVD but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Can it be done with Nero or do I need a different program?

I had bought a dongle Bcm2045a and was given a cd of Bluesoleil 1.6 version. I was unable to install the drive because the windows install wizard could not find the software. I already have installed the latest version of bluesoleil software but please help me in this drive installation.explain please
