so i can orginize kinda like a address book...

Try Windows Adress Book. Start | All Programs| Accessories. Its been built into every addition of windows since time began, its very simple, and it's already installed on your machine. If you need more robust contact management, scheduling/calandering, and email support, try M$ Outlook, available seperately (or as part of M$ Office) or go spend $30 or so for "Anytimer Organizer" or some such similar program that fits your particular needs. For somthing simple, though, save your coin and just use Address Book.

Do Program In .Net By Using Database , Coz It Is User Friendly. . .

I use Plaxo for both, and Sunrocket (Voip) for my phone numbers.

you can use microsoft excel, so you can organize names , phone numbers, and whatever you want....
