Try it with another browser.

I've had that happen with Safari but when i tried it with Camino, it worked.

You have discovered the famous and continually irritating Flash Player fiasco. Flash technology changes about as often as I shave so welcome to the crowd of continually updating Flash haters. None of us can keep Flash up-to-date for more than a few weeks at a time. It is constantly changing and it is never backward compatible to say nothing of slowing page loading to a crawl. It is the single biggest waste of technology on the planet.

If you have the latest Flash installed, you will have two files that make it work. They are "Flash Player.plugin" and "flashplayer.xpt". To be sure your browser will notice them, put a copy of each of them in Library/ Internet Plug-Ins and in your-user/Library /Internet Plug-Ins. Hold option key as you drag to copy files. Check the ownership and permissions also by highlighting each file one at a time and hold command + I (as in "information"). They should show "group: admin" and "access: read & write" or "write only".

The next time you get the "Flash plugin not found" message, go to the Adobe.com web site, download the Flash installer, delete all the above Flash files and install it. Chances are it will not put the two files in both locations so you will need to use the option key drag routine again. Then do the ownership/ permissions check.
