When you saved, did you "save as" and save it to the same name? If you did, didn't you get the message telling you that a file existed by that name, and asking if you wanted to replace it?

If so, it was overwritten. No recovery -- unless, you have opted to "always make a backup copy" in Tools, Options, Save. In this case, you would have the previous version called "backup of ....." It is read only. Open it and save to a new name.

I have set my Word to make backup copies. When you "refresh," backups go to the top of file and are easily deleted when you are ready. This offers some protection.

if you have it set up this way you can recover files from your recycle bin. Double click on it and see if a recover button appears. otherwise..your screwed!

a posh device might artwork. that is window's gadget fix function. start up=>All courses=>upload-ons=>gadget kit=>gadget fix. flow back to a date once you had the report you necessary, and it would artwork.
