Get a file converter online somewhere...just type in that in the search engine. Visit my blog http://helpandtools.blogspot.com and I have tons of free stuff you might like, maybe i'll add a free file converter soon:)

Look into Auto Gordian Knot, and read through some of the documentation so you know which files you're looking at/for.

Simply rename it as an .avi file.
example: "video".avi

Try movie maker on windows me, xp and vista it works pretty good.
