Me and my friends have been taking video on our camera's and want to find a good editing program to use. Free would be nice but it doesn't matter. Maybe one that imports the video. We mostly have mini dv cameras.

I am interested in using linux but I am not very knowledgeable of it's user interface. I would like something fast, small to install, has support for most windows programs and has a user interface that is somewhat reminiscent of windows OS. Money is not an object.

Im a little thick when it comes to Computers,so help needed,I have a Packard Bell which only has a CD-R,there is another slot which looks like it's been left for a DVD-R which ive been told you can buy and fit,i was wondering if there is any software i could buy which i could use to make the player i have play both for me.....told you i was thick.

After updating to version 5.0 a wee while ago, I began to experience the OS crash out with a 'Driver_irql_less_than_or_equal' error BSOD on closing a browser. After contacting Webroot and following their advice to install in safe mode and to disable the keylogger shield, I still had the same problem with all versions 5.0 and above. I reinstalled XP from scratch and put on app by app until the problem occurred and Spy Sweeper was the culprit for sure. I am using Zonealarm Pro as a firewall. Has anyone else experienced BSODs with Spy Sweeper 5.? installed and found a workaround for it?

I down loaded 5 files: sol-nv b52-x86-dvd-iso-a.zip, to sol-nv b52-x86-dvd-iso-e.zip. Put all 5 on a dvd and can't get it to boot.
I used nero 7. Do I need a boot disk to boot solaris 10?
The boot screen keeps rolling back to the start screen;
I have my dvd player set to boot first but the dvd still will not load.

I know there about a billion different DVD player software on the internet. I am looking for a reliable free program that will play my DVDs on my computer and will also allow me to PAUSE the movie and then save the still image to my computer.

I know it exsists, I had something like it about 2 years ago. Your help in this manner is much appreciated.
