How come I can't hear anything when I play a dvd through windows media player? I turn up the volume and the movie plays fine, I just don't have any volume. What's wrong and how can I fix it?

hi!
i have just learned to make programs on linked list and have only made two programs--
to find vowels among 5 characters entered
and to enter the marks of 5 students in 3 subjects

I use anydvd to decrypt, dvd shrink to compress and encode and nero to burn.

Over the past couple of weeks with newer movies, I keep getting an error messege as soon as dvd shrink is done encoding.

It's a burn error messege that says VOB files were missing or did not allocate correctly.

HAs anyone else encountered this problem or know hot to correct it?

Am a web site host and am looking for a high-end package or combo of softwares that has all the best functionality for a high traffic website, specifically:

(1) A bidding system akin to Ebay
(2) Intuitive shopping cart/checkout system
(3) Basic forum with threads and poster login
(4) RSS feeds (optional, but still desirable)

The most important qualities I'm looking for are ease of setup, customer service, and configurability for a multitude of websites / looks...

Okay, I just got Real Player for free, and it installed good, but now it's asking me to register. I'm afraid that I have to pay for Real Player if I do. I think I have Real Player Gold, cause the app says REAL_10.5_GOLD, or something like that. I wanna know is it totally free? ANd is the one I have 100% free? What'll happen if I register, and do I need to? What's the diff between Real Super and Gold Pass and what are they? Help!
